In order to reduce road Accidents opening war on old vehicles and hunting down drivers without driving permits is not da solution I have been driving for more than twenty years and a have seen many Accidents where by most vehicles Involved are bland new cars driven by drivers with orignal permits.Old cars do not cause Accidents coz they do not over speed and most of da tym da driver is alert....The main cause of accidents is Indicipline on da road, guys who drive latest cars wants to show others that their machines are the best also many drivers use alcohal and drugs including women
